Yep I paid it off and got a hankering for a flash for the 10D. I don't use the built in flash much but at times when I did, I wanted more power. After reading every post I could find I decided that for me the canon 420ex was all I really needed. Wanted the omni-bounce also so what the heck its only $16.95 :? After ordering that I nosed around at B&H ,, shouldn't have, they had the 50mm 1.8 in stock and it was calling to me,, Ok I need a filter and a hood. Thats less than $100, what the heck :D

Ok the credit card is not paid off

This forum is dangerous but I did stay from the (L) this time.

That sounds like me when I rebuilt my car's engine (twice).

"Since I have to replace the head gaskets, I might as well have some machine work on the heads. Hmm...the porting won't do much with this stock intake manifold and carburetor, might as well get good ones. And since the engine will be this far apart, I might as well install a good cam. Of course I can't get a cam without new lifters and valvesprings..."

And the second time I replaced even more. I'm still trying to decide if photography is cheaper than cars. Hmm...
