I just got my first back from Picaboo books. I ordered a hard bound cloth book. I have never written a review or anything, so sorry to disappoint anyone who might be reading this, but the quality is very nice! The only other books I have seen before are the ones that apple owners printout called I books. this is at least as good a quality as that. It is solid and the pages are not flimsy either. It has the look, feel and quality of a "real" coffee table book.

I loaded every page with pictures, and only left a couple of stock BGs to see what the different look might be. The pictures were not the "best" quality, but I was MORE then happy with the print quality.

I had 11 8x11 pages front and back completely covered with pictures. I had the BG one picture and many other pictures ontop of those in a scrap book fashion. The last page was only printed on one side. The cover is a hard cover, thick and NOT flimsy at all and covered with the cloth I selected. You can also get leather covers.

Total cost with shipping was less then $46, note I shiped it by slow mail, not over night or anythign like that, which was one of thier many otpions.

Thier software is an easy free download and has more options then I need or could possibly use. Note I am not a professional photog, but I bet this would be very usable by professionals and it is SO easy to use.

Over all I am more then satisfied and the quality is way better then I expected due to the low cost.

Note the reason I wrote this is that I searched and searched on here and didnt find any reviews of this Co or product. Like I said, this is my first review and I am SURE it is lacking in many ways, but maybe it will inspire someone who is a better "reviewer" and writter then I to try it and do a better job of this...thanks for looking...

I plan on making a bunch of these books with Picaboo for my kids, family and our vacations!

I used Picaboo too and it was better than Blurb. Blurb printed my images very dark. For the price I think Blurbs pretty good, but I have heard Imount has excellent quality. If anyone knows a really good coffee table book that has thick pages, and is under $100- let me know. thanks!

Blurb printed my images very dark. I haven't had any problems with exposure with them, but have had color issues between the cover & the same shot inside. If it was really their problem, they will reprint at no cost to you. Did you ask them?

Did you really think the pages were to thin in Picaboo? I was talking to my staff today and showed them the book, they all thought the pages were nice and heavy, in fact they all liked the weight of the pages....
