any one shoot models.. help?

im new to this and want better shots, what do you say during the shoot to bring out her best? i find myself saying alot of "wow, nice, excellent, somtimes even telling a joke. any tips anyone ?

Continuous feedback works for me. I keep up a patter that constantly reassures the model and provides her with postive reinforcement. Of course, the experience models know what I'm doing, but they like it anyway. What to say depends on you, but you need to be sincere.
