I have been asked to photograph a fund raiser golf tournment for Jamie Moyer who is a Philadelphia Phillies Pitcher. Can anyone give me some idea of what to charge for an event like this. I don't have allot of info on it, I am calling the person who asked me to do the photos this week.

Most times it comes down to a hourly wage (even if you have to pre-figure the hourly wage to give them an estimate first). Then you have to decide how to handle the prints .. whether you have a pre-set amount they are getting.. or just have them posted on-line for them to order with prices available. Or if they are wanting digital files (charge big for that).

Hours neeeded? Distance from you? Required overnight stay? Details of what they want from you? I assume this is without discussing rights to the images?
