Hawk, Red-tailed I believe

Took these today. The wife and I were out driving around looking for things to shoot and on the way home she saw him on the edge of the road. After turning around once or twice, he kept moving a little, I was able to get a few shots. I wish the background was a little better but I took what I could get.;)

She is the one that wanted to go out for a ride looking for things to shoot so I guess I am lucky I went with her. She knows they have been tormenting me latley since I see a bunch of them around but by the time I pull over and get the camera out the are gone.
