Grand Funk Railroad a American band

Grand Funk Railroad came to town and rocked it down, a couple of quick snaps straight from camera ain't had time to do anything with them yet. let me know what ya think, i like'em but i may be biased!?!?

these was shot at the scurry county coliseum at the white buffalo days motorcycle rally. if anybody has shot there you know how bad the light conditions can be!

First is nice, but looks like it could use some sharpening and a bit of cropping.
Second is nice, but a bit on the dark side & could use a crop as well...

not for sure what you would crop, feel free to show me what it is you are talking about, hate to ask but is only way i am going to learn

No problem.
Assigned sRGB, Cropped, did a bit of local curves adjustment to brighten the singers face and darken the drummers' surroundings, and ran ManykSRS. (Which did a bit too much sharpening probabely):

Crop on the drummer could have been better if it'ld had a bit more room at the top: Now I had to crop into the cymbal to loose some stuff I wanted to loose...
