ok i recently did an awesome shot on an important fotball match and i'd like to send the pictures to the team manager to ask him if he's interested on buyin' them.

i already put them in low quality with watermark on it... but is it OK to upload it to imageshack so he can see'em ?

They mean you can't use someone elses images, not that you can't copyright your own.
