Alright...didnt exactly know what topic to put this under...but I need to figure out what kind of photo editting software would be good to buy... not too familiar with the programs or how they work so I need something relatively easy to work with.

try irfanview. it's free and pretty simple (comparatively). it's the program i started with and i still use it for some things.
