Lydden International Race Circuit - Saturday 6th October

Evening ladies and gents.

Lydden is a wonderful little circuit in the farthest corners of Kent often frequented only by me, Martin and Keith. This weekend saw the DMN Saloon championship and some sprinting. Good old clubbie action.

Not that it wasn't spectacular!

I would love to go to Lydden for a British Rallycross Championship event, but its nearly a 4Hour drive for me !

About a 2 hour drive for me from the Guildford area but the 27th October sounds tempting, especially if the weather is as good as the 6th looked. What is the days program likely to be i.e. start times and race(s) running? Oh and can you just turn up and buy a ticket or is it best to pre purchase?

I believe the 27th is racing all day on the Saturday with qualifying from 9am and racing from about 12-ish. SEMSEC are the organising club for the day so there should be about 10 races to squeeze in. There's no catch fencing aswell remember...

And pre-book? You must be joking. Their website hardly ever works. There's a man on the gate.

And I'll be doing the Junior Festival on the Sunday... :D

P.S. And I'll pracice my pans Dave. I just don't do it enough.

Good set the second shows off the English country side and its looking good, we haven't seen green grass like that for a long time.
Looks like you haven't passed the Dave_G panning test yet, all you can do is keep trying.
