Alright, so I've got my first photography deal in the making. A company wants to use ~3 of my pictures for corporate artwork, 30x38" wall pictures... I'm sending them a portion of a picture tonight so they can do a test print and make sure it'll work out for interpolation, etc... When I send them that tonight, I'd like to send a price quote with it on how much I'll likely be charging them.
They will be printing them, so all I have to send is the file. Assuming that this is only a one-time print for the pictures for use in a corporate office setting, how much is a reasonable price? Also, should I make a contract for use of these pictures to stipulate one-time use? Thanks for any help!
