very nice,, the lighting on #1 almost makes it look surreall, I also like the dunes shots,, and the glacier looks like a curling wave,, nicely done

thank you for the kind comments, I shot all these pictures in RAW with a 30D using a sigma 10-20mm. It travelled well and i needed the wideness for NZ!
@ Wazza. My opinion on NZ is very high, and I plan to go back for a working year, as I loved it so much. The Lake District is nice, but its nothing compared to NZ, sorry bro!

Great creative exposures and use of wide angles. I like 1 best but number 2 does nothing for me.
Nice :)

Love Mount Maunganui - went there yearly as a teenager during summer. Got plenty of pics there too, but mostly crappy quality, as taken with basic cameras.

Nice series. Enzed is a very photogenic place. I was there (South Island) myself last month, and still sorting photos ;-).

This series of landscapes had an intimate, personal style. Really nice to see. Great work!

Here's a few more! I did indeed shoot in RAW, and my PP'ing is double exposures in some of the photographs. I found that my composition was pretty much spot on out of the camera, and out of 8 gigs of photos, I only had to crop a few. The Sigma 10-20mm is immense, and perfect for what I wanted. I bought it especially for NZ!

Terrific! Thanks so much for sharing these amazing photos! NZ is certainly on my list of places to see someday! Of course judging from these pictures, I suspect you could make just about any place look inviting! I love the bunny tracks in the snow from the second set. Don't know why but the little set of tracks in the corner just made me smile!:)

Wow! If I even got one of these shots from a weeks worth of shooting I'd be happy!
Were you using any polarisers or filter for any of these shots? I'd also guess that several of them were taken first thing in the morning to catch the early light?
I'm hoping to get to NZ myself late next year or early 09 so I'm on the lookout for good destinations to visit. I'll make a note of a few of these!
