i think that info is in the faq sticky. i keep mine within 600. some people use 800.

Welcome to POTN! Read the FAQ (sticky near the top of forum thread list). If you need Photoshop help there is a different forum for that ... probably called Post Processing or some such where people will fall all over themselves to help you.
