Product photo background color question.

I need a little advise. I just received a gorgeous little knife that I want to photograph. It has antique bone/cream colored handle slabs and a light brown leather sheath. I am having major delemas over what color to photograph it against. I have pretty much no fashion sense at all, so have run into this when painting my house interior. Always seemed better to let someone with "vision" decide.

Any suggestions as to what might look good with this?
