Neat Image - settings

I have had this program for a little while now and I still struggle with getting the "Noise Filter Settings" and "Noise Reduction Amounts" adjusted well.

If you have and use this program, could share how you have it set?

I downloaded and use the available profiles then fiddle with the sliders until I get what I want. I find setting all the sliders between 40 and 65% gives me what I need most of the time...ie it's a good starting point.

Having said that, I don't use it nearly as much as I used to.
