I don't really see anything wrong with the kid's fingers. Maybe a little sharpening would be good. Good image.

I like the picture. the hands are not bothering me really.

You could try cropping it down and remove the ear from both people and it will focus you down to the kiss and his expression.

Either way, this is a nice shot.
