Good shot. You might want to fill more of the image with the still life. There is a lot of empty black space for my taste. Dennis

Well, how about a compromise? I actually like the first one but it needs a bit more light and a bit more DOF for my tastes.

i'll prefer the b/w in comparision with color..
and I agree that it needs some contrast to the image..

I prefer the b&w version, but I think it could use some more contrast and a bit of a crop. I played with it a bit in PS, but as you don't have 'image editing ok' I won't post it to the forum.
