What an incredibly sharp picture. I am struggling to get anything as good with a tripod and the subject on a table top.
Well done.

I was curious to see if I could capture a flying insect in motion using the G3.
Had a go at a bee which flew in

Another good one. How do you do it?
Hand held? What settings are you using please?

Hi Autumn,
Yes handheld, camera was set fully to M and focus set Manually. Did not use LCD or viewfinder to view insect as it was too fast, I try to get camera in focus range of fly and press shutter.
Camera settings were max shutter speed camera has 1/2000 and max aperture F8 and off shoe flash on camera and using a homemade diffuser to bounce the light as insect is too close to use it direct.
