How did I do this time?

I was taking pics of a blimp when this helicopter flew over. How did I do?

Not sure I understand the question. What were you trying to achieve?

Mainly motion in the winds giving it a feeling that it is moving.

I see. The helicopter is pretty in the photo so it's a bit difficult to look closely. Perhaps a tighter crop would help. From what I can see though it seems you're getting much closer to what you want. Maybe you could try a slightly slower shutter speed? It might give more blur to the blades. Then again, it might be too much so you'll just have to compare.
