How would you describe the problem you're trying to correct? "Something" doesn't help us much.
I see a few things...
It looks like you focused on the budgie's right wing - it's better to focus on the eyes and then move the camera to get the composition. "Always get the eyes in focus" is kind of a rule.
DoF is too shallow - only part of the bird is in focus.
The wing is moving, so I'm guessing that you used flash, which scares the bird. My Quaker Parrakeet does the same thing. I turned off the red-eye protection (which is a brief flash of sorts) and this helps. But also taking the picture in brighter lights helps so that the flash's focus-assist pre-flash doesn't go off. And finally take the picture at the fastest possible shutter speed.
Otherwise it all looks good.

^^ yeah.. I think it has something to do with which part im focusing at. :( I didnt used any flash since it was bright enought to light up the area though and had my speed set @ 1/200 apature @ 3.5 ISO 100

Given that their eyes are on the side this will be tough to get in focus. And f/3.5 isn't going to give you much DoF....
Good luck. It took me many tries to get a decent picture of my Quaker...
