During breaks from my current tour, I have a need to feed my inner-deadhead. This show is the first of 4 shows that I am squeezing in in the next couple of week. When it rains, it pours...lol.

This concert was simply amazing. 3 sets (electric-acoustic-electric) that clocked in at 4:10. I was very impressed with Jackie Greene...that youngster is going places.

Saturatoo! Otherwise very nice! I'm still sorry I'm too busy to be involved in your tour but it is just getting worse and worse!

nice job hippie ;)

did you have a pass?

i really like that shot of the acoustic set (too bad phil's head is behind the mike though). did molo play just a snare and cymbals for that set? i also really like the one of molo behind the full kit.

Nice set.
Some very strange things happening in the highlights of #1 though...

Yes. I had a pass. 3 songs in the pit, then I shot from my seat. They were not too bothered by shooting after 3 songs, just not in the pit.

Molo (friggin' amazing as usual) had the snare and cymbals for the acoustic set. He still produced thunder...albeit a gentle thunder.

Nice set.

Thanks, Rene. I am thinking is an sizine issue. That strangeness isn't happening until I made that crop.

Some call it a melodium, although the classic defination of that instrument is for a bellows to force the air throught the reeds in the body. In this case the player blows the air into the instrument.

I need to correct my statement about the "lo-fi keyboard thingy." That instrument is named a Melodica and is made by Horner, the harmonica maker.
