i like it, but i think something is a little off with the crop balance.. maybe try cutting out some of the sky? maybe reduce the exposure a little too?

The concept is pretty awesome. I have to agree with curtc though. It's a little too overexposed in the sky. It's especially noticeable around the telephone poles, treetops and the fog lights. Shoot some more and post them here.
Did you have a lot of time to set the shot up with the car in the middle of the road like that?

Second one is definitely better, but I would try to brighten up the car a bit and I wish there was more room in front of the car (to the left) rather then the back (right). Removing the poles and lights might help too as they distract your attention from the car.

wow the second one is a million times better looking than the first

Yes, the second one is MUCH better. The sky has so much more detail rather than being blank white and ruining the treetops. The stoplights look much more realistic as well. I can see what you were trying to do with the first pic and get the car to be brighter but i think the picture is better overall with the car slightly underexposed.
And now that Caster mentioned it, I see what he means about having more space in front almost giving the car somewhere to go. It might add some more feeling to the picture.

I'd crop in off the top & right. Good start, though.
