Second picture, same Wedding and bride and groom this time

This is the pic of the bride and groom together. i took it and the extremely dancing reception (this is how we do it in Egypt) and they were sitting to grab a byte.
any way it was hell gr8 that i could catch them in this position.
Please i need advise on how to enhance this pic and if i am not good at this wedding photography please tell me.... :)

I am not the one to give you advice on how to enhance this,because I am really not very good at it myself.

I will say that I think it's a very nice shot, looks like you captured a very happy moment for them!

It may be my monitor, but the photo looks very orangey red to me? I like the pose alot...but the colors distract me:confused:

Your white balance is really off ... look at his vest, it should be white, not pale orange.

You captured some nice emotion here.

This is just a basic WB adjustment and a few tweeks in Lightroom about 1min worth.

i don't remember exaclty but you will notice that everything in the wedding including bride and groom were a little bit tending to orange.... that was because of the light system (a bad one i think) that was in the hall of the reception and it was focused on them..
but still i know i have to work more on my white balance... and i think this picture would have been much better without a flash and an f/1.4 or f/1.2... don't u think so????

Often more beautiful than colour, especially when the light was funky to begin with...

I just wonder if this is a candid shot ? Are they posing for other photographer ? Are you the main ?

If this is a posed shot, I don't really like it. Is the groom a lil bit oof ? or is it just the compression ?

Hi Kja, actually i didn't try b&w yet... i don't know but i think i am not that good with black and white contrast... i will try it though and i will post the results here for you to tell me what you think.

this is a Candid pic, i wasn't the main as this was my second wedding photography so i couldn't deal with being the main and making those lovely couple loose there beautiful night pictures... Do you think i should go main....
they weren't posing actually, they were looking at the bride's father who was telling them something "i think funny".

thanks for your opinon man... i don't min at all saying anything.. but i don't think the bride was of... maybe a little tired as she was dancing with her groom for about an hour before this picture.. if you think about it ... she was in a gr8 condition

It's not your shaky hands that is the problem as the bride is in focus. Rather, it's the depth of field (DOF) that is too shallow. Aperture and relative distance to the subject influence the DOF.

I think converting it to Black and White or Sepia would really help, cause it would help with the orange cast. (of course I don't visualize B and W very well, so you'll have to try it out)
