Why is it that when I view a directory of my images in Thumbnail mode that some of the thumbnails show a question mark?
I can see the EXIF information in the right panel...where aperture value, shutterspeed ect should be. I do not see the histogram for these images.
But why is there no image in the thumbnail??
Thanks

Do you understand the relationship of the RAW or JPEG image file versus the THM thumbnail file?

I think the short-coming here is in the FVU. If FVU finds that it doesn't like the way a JPG file is "formatted", it displays the thumbnail as a question mark. Not sure why FVU likes some non-Canon created JPG files and not others. If you use ZoomBrowser to view these "?" files you'll see that ZoomBrowser handles them just fine. But, in all fairness to FVU, it really is a utility for converting RAW files, not for viewing JPG files (that's what ZoomBrowser is for).
