Some nice little creatures that were sitting nicely in the sun untill I came with my camera (must have looked like a big monster to them :D )
(G3 with diopters +1+3 and PS for levels, USM, cropping, etc.)

Which one(s) do you like (best)? Why?

Very nice. I think that I like the 2nd one, likely because I have never seen one of them before  :D

If I HAVE to pick, it would be #2. Title it "Lord of All He Surveys"!
(edit)
Or maybe, "My Name is Ozymandious..."?
(edit)
Third afterthought, "Who does this Ozymandious guy think he is, anyway?"

I feel #2 is in a different league to the others, the contrasting colours are fantastic, and the depth of field works really well too IMO.

the hairs on the body of the insect in #1 seems to catch the light badly, and make it look a bit messy.

I'm no expert tho.

I especially like #2. It's got that "Dodge: Different" type advertisement to it :D . Very nice macros!

I think it's worth pointing out that #2 is so striking partly because the bug's form is so similar to the petals or leaves (or whatever) all around it.

Nice shot there!
