yes, it's a sight using a red or green dot projected on a glass without any magnification, used for aiming,
here a pic from the place I had bough mine with the different crossair selectable

BTW, next time you post an image, make sure to get rid of the EXIF thumbnail... that image was embedded into the crop you made :)
