Yes, there is a spring on the left. TO the right is the business end of this object and gets frequent use.
But, it is not a dishwasher part. This object has nothing to do with water. Think dry.
Yes this thing looks very familiar.
Can opener?
It is a very common object in many homes.....but not a can opener. This object is not found in the kitchen.
