TPBM was taken on 9/11/2001
Digital camera's were around $1000 for a 2.1MP point and shoot in 2001. You may get someone with a film camera and scanner but the request cuts most of us out.

They're not scanned, and I won't scan them, but I have an entire series of the towers collapsing taken by my husband from Canal street just before he had to run for it because of the debris cloud.

I got my first digital camera in 1997, but the cameras I had back then didn't save EXIF. There's no way I could tell exactly what date any of those old pictures were taken on. But, I also happen to know I didn't take a single picture on 9/11/2001.
