Well done.

I would get rid of the deer, or resize it appropriately. Too small in relation to the flowers. Also, the sun seems t be hitting it with a different intensity than the flowers.

Really interesting compisite, or a picture from a planet with many suns . . .

I have to agree, the deer it must go.

Try adjusting the brightness on the layer with the flowers. Actually a gradient layer mask would work much better to make those images blend together better.

thanks
this is a lot of fun
i have a differnt deer that has more appropriate lighting
tempted to add a moose and bear but one thing at a time
i believe i may be headed to a place that is more fantasy than reality but that may be a cop out
appreciate the feedback...

It's not a deer, it's a fawn & they can be small, so the size doesn't bother me. Since the theme is "Make believe", you can do pretty much whatever you want with this! Have fun with it, & show us the results! :wink:

Pretty picture! I didn't even notice the fawn until I read the critiques. The
problem with the fawn, IMO, is simply that this picture does not need
it. A think a smaller specie would have blended in better with the flowers;
the deer is too big and artificial-looking.

I thought the first one was better. This one is too in your face.

might as well throw the Loch Ness monster in there while you're at it ;)
