Help, please

I am trying to arrange photos in a slide show in Zoombrowser, and I cannot get the software to let me arrange them in the order I want. They seem to enter the new folder in a random order, and dragging them doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas?

ZB only sorts by file name, so you would have to rename your files, say alphabetically or in numerical order, and then run the slideshow. Not the best solution.

(ZB has so many shortcomings that I don't know why I still use it...)

A better alternative is to download the free Irfanview software from www.irfanview.com . It has very flexible slideshow options. It can even save the slideshow as a file, which you can later burn to disc and create autorun CDs.

FYI - In Zoombrowser you can also view them by file type or date in addition to file name, but you can't rearrange them any other way. (I think it's under the View menu.)

Thanks, Jim! Wish I had noticed that months ago - woulda kept me from a lot of swearing! Well, I guess that's one less reason to dislike the program...
