Bolsa Cheeka

Hey guys, well just last weekend my Dad took me down to Bolsa Cheeka to get some pictures, man was that fun. It was my first real outdoor outing with the new camera, so I was mostly just practicing. I met an older gentalman right when I got there and he gave me some tips, so that was nice (really helped too...without those tips, I prolly would have come home with nothin but blurrs :lol:)

Anyways, All were shot with the XTi and Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro with lense hood on. Settings vary, though all were shot with AI Servo and automatic focus to maximize my chances of getting a good shot.

Bolsa Chica is one of my favorite places for birding around here:) Glad you enjoyed it too, you definitely got some great shots. I like the colors in #3.
