OK this is my problem,

I have been on holliday, made obout 200 great photos and on my way back home i have accidently formatted my flash card.
Well i know that formatted card doesnot mean lost pictures, there is a way to return all pictures with data restore software.
There is my problem, when i plug in my Canon PowerShot A75 Windows doesnot detect it as REMOVABLE DRIVE they find it as Canon PowerShot A75 without any drivers installed and my data restore software doesnot work becouse my camera is not "drive" it is camera under windows.
I DONT HAVE CARD READER!!

Is there any way to tell windows that it is a drive, not camera. I have found USB mounter driver that does that but it is only for mac.

Thank you for your help.    :( :( :(

No. You'll need to get a card reader. You'll find that a card reader gives you better file transfer rates as well, though, so it's not a one-time purchase.
