Focal Length-560mm--taken with 100-400 w/ canon 1.4 extender
Hand held. Next time, I'll use my tripod and set mirror lock up as well.

Maybe it's just not big enough for me to see the things that are wrong with it, but that is amazing for 1/160 at f/100! And hand-held! Especially while using a fairly large lens. Nice work.

Image stabilization makes it hand holdable at that shutter speed.
