We still have a few covered bridges in our area. This one was named for the first white to die here so the county was named for her (Josephine County) and the creek for the event. Trivia!

I'm not too keen on the selective coloring, but I almost want to see what it looks like with the coloring reversed. Ie, with the b&w on the inside, kind of as a "looking into the past" thing. Could be interesting.

People on this forum are generally quite polarized on the issue of selective coloring. Personally I prefer to see each picture judged on its merits.

In this example, I would say that the selective coloring ruins an otherwise good image.

It looks like all for the sake of the gimmick.
