I'm looking to make a photo like this...

i know its an equirectangular panormama, but then its changed into this? anyone have a good tutorial for this? thank you!

A quick Web search turned up Flexify 2 (http://www.flamingpear.com/flexify.html). There may be others; I didn't put any effort into tracking them down.
