I took this picture on a camping trip with my Powershot S3 IS so it's in JPG format, wish it was RAW. I'd like to print this out and frame it as a gift for my brother. I'm trying to learn PP but I still have a lot to go. I'd like the clouds (there's not much) and sky darkened as if they were heavy rain clouds while the foreground is bright and with good color. Can someone take my original and work their magic or at least tell me what I need to do? Feel free to be creative too. I know the IQ is not great but my brother liked shot since he's very passionate about this property that we own. Thanks in advance everyone!

Sorry, I used back slashes when I should have used forwarded slashes :(
Try again. Thanks!

you need to fix the original, it's rotated quarter turn.

If you were a client, your 'raw' direction says this to me:

Thank you so much Sam! This is what I was looking for. I know it's not much to work with. Can you share with me how you darkened the sky? Thanks again.

Photoshop, more or less by adding gray to it.

How about applying the (Beau Hudspeth) Lomo action, and burning the sky (badly)?
