I love my new Canon S110. I would like to know how to get a single-frame still from a movie. I have a Windows XP computer and use Movie-Maker to put movies and titles together but have not figured out how to get a single frame still. :?:

I use virtualdub (free dl from virtualdub.com). Load your .avi file to virtualdub, mark the begining and end of a segment where you can find the frame you want, and export it to a file. Then view the file as usual. You will see there are many frames converted to still. This is from my memory, but I think it is the right procedure, since I have not done it for almost a year now.
