This is quite a good shot, but I think I would prefer it straight, the angle works in some photos but doesn't really work here. Have you got a straightened version?

sooo you want more feedback

it'd be an awesome shot if it wasn't angled, colors are nice, it's sharp.

so there is my 2 cent to you :D

where was this taken?

I would have liked to see the bird moved down a bit (half to one bird height?), this would put the bird at 'rule of thirds' position and catch the viewers attention faster. Being up in the corner there makes it harder to focus on the subject in the surroundings.

As mentioned though, great colors and sharpness... I wish my photos could turn out like that ^^;;

My $.02

If you have room on the original, try to take some of the angle out and place the birds at approximately the top right and bottom right interesections of the grid (rule of thirds grid). Don't put them exactly in those places, just closer. That to me would be a very pleasing shot. This seems like one of those shots that would be acceptable to violate the rule regarding having a live divide the image in half (line formed by plants in the water).

Just my 2 bits worth.

thanks scott... the reason i placed the bird on the top right corner was that i wanted to put emphasis on the reflected part... however i did not notice the angle at first... i will try rotating the canvas... thanks a lot for ur suggestions.

My preference would be to straighten the photo and frame it in a landscape aspect ratio.

After rotating, there wasn't enough image to make a landscape presentation. This is just to present the concept.
