I mentioned to my boss that I was thinking about taking a vacation soon. He wanted to know when, so I told him "October." He asked which week in October, at which point I smiled and said "October" again. He just shook his head and told me to pick a week.

Im a summer person, but autum I like too.. nature looks so beautiful then.
But winter, no way, its too cold in here. :|

And I don't have any pictures from fall yet, since I just started photoing, but Im hoping to get some nice images the coming months. :)

Autumn is by far my favorite season, followed by Spring. Summer is third and Winter is fourth. Winter around here is just wet and depressing. Everything gets all brown and muddy and yet it rarely snows.

We didn't have the best fall here in St Louis last year. It seemed to me that the colors changed very late and only lasted a couple weeks or so. If I am remembering correctly.

Hopefully this year will yield a better batch of colors.

I love and loath winter.

It's pretty dreary, wet, cold, colourless etc.... but it is very beautiful when it snows and always worth the wait.

What I would give for 1 ft. of fresh powder and a slope in Aspen. Give me the cold dry air anyday!! I can dress enough to stay worm but I can't take enough off to stay cool! :) I have been living in 80% humidity for 3 months and I am sick of it!! :D :D :D

Bring on the winter!!!! :D

We have two seasons here: 9 months of beautiful weather, and 3 months of pain and suffering. We are in the mids of the latter, although yesterday we got a bit of a respite in the form of thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains around us. It reminded me of my youth in the midwest.

I don't like fall and winter so much, because it's dark when I get home after work, so that it's hard to make photos outside. I only have the weekend to make daylight photos in the fall and winter..... :? In summer, such as now, we have very nice evenings here with the sun going down - beautiful light for making photos. :)

i wouldnt speak to my mom for a month last fall cause she wouldnt lend me the money to take pictures of fall here....and ive never owned a camera in the winter....BUT i do now :D

I do like the fall but as I get older the winters suck. Snow, ice, cold, all of that you can have.
