I have some 35/40 year old colour transparencies that I would like to print or have printed. Could anyone please advise the best way to go about this?

You have several options here:

1. Take it to a pro photo lab and have them do it.
2. Get yourself a scanner that can handle the transparency size.
3. Get a lightbox and place the transparency on top of it. Use a digital camera to take a picture of it.

With option 2 and 3, once you have a digitized image, you can:

1. Print it yourself on you computer system.
2. Take the image file to a photo lab and have them print it.

Thanks Leo, I will probably take the photo lab option, as I only have a standard scanner and no lightbox.
