Name for this process?

After purchasing the Landscape Photographer of the Year book, I was taken by this image by Colin Streater:

Anyone know is the muted colours in this process have a name, is it a named style?

I would have thought it is selective colouring in that it is mostly B&W with some aspects brought back in colour.

Maybe lomo without the cyan color effect.

But, it just looks like minor desaturation with levels increased.

I thought it had some sort of name, perhaps I'm wrong. Nice though innit? :D
