7 dayshop subterfuge.?

One wonders if its legal to advertise stock as available, take credit card details and then inform buyers 3 hours later that goods are not in stock.

It's particularly galling when one discovers that that the item 'not in stock'
is still being advertised on www.7dayshop.co.uk as available.

One cannot cancel the order via their webpage...

I've seen several comments on that in other threads. Maybe you can cancel through your credit card company?
