Blay Jay and a Dark Eyed Junco. Last few weeks of nice weather here in Minnesota, so I spent the evening outdoors watching this guy land within four feet from me to grab peanuts.

Nice shots Randy. It must be the year or the Blue Jay, I have one that will come right in my window to pick up peanuts off the sill. :)

Couple of nice shots...love the background with the junco. I see steller Jays in the woods and boy are they skittish. They stay high in the trees and when they come down to drink at the pond, it's only for a quick gulp and off they go...All the jays up here at the Grand Canyon are skittish. I know in other places they will land on you or close, and beg for food...Birds are funny...steve
