thanks-i will do that but that is the problem fishing and taking pictures at the same time. It is a goal to not drop the camera in the water! That would not be good. :D

you could always fish it out {:lol:}

looks a great area
the first shot looks calm and peaceful
( a bit slanted though)

maybe try take the shots just a little bit earlier in the evening {#3) as flash does not show up things real good in certain cases.
if some natural evening light is there the whole area will look much more romantic ......which is what you experienced I think
