I think the background is somewhat disturbing so the subject drowns. ( no pun intended :wink: )

Very busy! Normally you'd try to use long lens DOF to separate the background, but it looks too close to do that here.
The lighting is too harsh to see a lot of the statue detail - try a different time of day.
Hate the windows - move to hide them from the top of the pic (like one step to the right?).
Post exif next time.

Since the fountain is the subject, it should be better lighted. Maybe a fill in flash would help bring out some details.

The windows at the top of the photo are distracting. Perhaps shooting at a different angle would eliminate them.

I know it is overpowered by the plants surrounding it.

The dark plants to swallow the subject, plus seeing the greenhouse roof in the background is a minus.
