Hmmm... no comments yet, I see. I think it came out quite well technically, but I also think I would like to see more of him. This photo would work better for me if it were part of a series on your son. As a single photo, it's so close up that it doesn't offer me enough information on the subject.

I'll offer one more suggestion... if you have a Dodge Tool, set it to Midtones with brush opacity at about 8% with a medium-soft edge and go over the two dark reflections in the whites of his eyes to lighten them to the white of the rest of the eye.
