70-200 f/4 vs f/2.8 Bokeh?

I have the F/4 lens and am very impressed with it but wonder if it renders backgrounds a bit too sharp. How much difference is there between the f/2.8 and f/4 for bokeh?

I'm using the 70-200 for outdoors sports (XC, Socccer, Baseball) so I'm not hurting light.
