Is it possible to restrict the "right-click save" behaviour in EE?

This would mean a small Javascript code snippet. Problem with those is that view source is always available and image links are there, too.

It has been discussed a lot in many forums and the agreement is that if the image is displayed on a computer there is no known way of preventing a viewer to grab a copy of it.
