Help with cloning

A young man asked me to take this picture of his trophy and kart with the track in the background after his first win. Unfortunately there is a big power pole and it's accompanying wires in the foreground of the track. I tried to clone them out, but I'm having trouble. It seems so blurry where the wires and pole were. Do you have any hints on fixing it?

I haven't studied the shot very closely, but the cloning is not obvious. They eyes are certainly not drawn to the background, so whatever you did seems to be adequate.

I agree with Belmondo the cloning is not obvious even when you are specifically looking for it. I do find the black "spot" directly above the front of the steering wheel a little distracting though ( I keep wondering what it is? You could consider taking it out I guess.

I guess it's not as bad as I thought if you can't see it. I just jumps right out at me, but then I know it's there, or not there as the case may be. Here is the original. The black spot above the steering wheel is a barrier to keep karts from crossing the grassy area (and hitting me when I'm taking photos there) I suppose I could remove it, but it is part of the track...

OK I can see where the pole was now that you posted the orig,... Enlarge the photo and use a small clone tool 2-3 pixle size and you can clear that up.. It still looks good!!
