It was a beautiful day here yesterday but for folks like this, it's a blessing that will be gone all too soon. By this time of year, the homeless are already coping with night temps around freezing and often snow. The next few months will be far worse though. In the meantime, he's just taking in some sun. Nice guy, we spoke what he called "silent talk" for a while afterwards...interesting talk.
I played just a tiny bit with this one in Picasa (first time) just to see if it's a good tool. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is if you don't need major fixes. I think I'll use Picasa more often for sports shots especially where it's mostly straightening, a little fill light and saturation and your done.
Lemme know what you all think of this candid. Any better yet or am I should I stick to sports and buildings?
