This sucks!

I got into an accident about a month ago and today i finally finished that whole saga by picking up my truck from the auto body shop and paying the deductible.

All i can do is compair it to photography equipment that i planed on getting

$50 ticket
$60 court fine
$80 tow
$500 Body work
$75 for a new battery

And now schools here so i've spent another $700 on books and tuition.

Kinda, because of school i'll be working less so i wont have as much money left over after i pay my monthly bills.


Still, it is behind me and thats all that matters.

Many years ago, my wife and I were rear-ended in our Porsche (944 Turbo) by a woman in a huge Buick Station Wagon. She hit us hard enough to knock us 127 ft. down the road----we were completely stopped when she nailed us.

Anyway, the car was in the shop for 7 months being repaired. The damage was almost $20K, but because the car was worth considerably more than that, they wouldn't total it.

The night I finally got the car back, I got a speeding ticket.
